Saudi Wheeled Dry Chemical Powder (DCP)
Saudi Wheeled Dry Chemical Powder DCP Fire Extinguishers are suitable for all fire classes high-hazard locations such as chemical processing plants and storage facilities as well as warehouses all are but a few of the areas where these wheeled stored pressure dry chemical powder extinguishers are recommended.
The extinguisher body is constructed from cold rolled steel (CRS) which is then fabricated by Automatic metal inert gas (MIG) welding process. Each extinguisher body is then subjected to hydrostatic pressure in order to assure the safety of the end-user. Afterward the external surface of the body is shoot blasted to improve paint adhesion.
To give a hard wearing, corrosion resistance as well as gloss finish, each extinguisher is Electro-statically Paint, using a POLYSTER RESIN, before being baked in the oven.
The dry chemical powder is capable to deal with class B flammable liquid fires or fires involving flammable gases, also deal with Class A fires involving carbonaceous materials like wood, paper. Dry Chemical powder can also be applied for electrical fires.
