About Fire Flex
A fire safety contractor, not a counter
Fire Flex works from an office and workshop on Serai Road. We refill and service extinguishers, install and maintain fire alarm systems, and supply the equipment that sits between those two jobs — hose reels, hydrants, suppression, agents, signage and PPE.
That combination is deliberate. Most buildings in this country are looked after by three or four different suppliers, and the failures we get called to fix usually sit in the gaps between them: a cylinder nobody recorded, a panel nobody tested since handover, a certificate that does not exist when the inspector asks. When one contractor is responsible for the whole set, those gaps stop being arguable.
Quality is not a slogan on a banner. It is a cylinder filled to its stamped weight, a detector tested in the zone it protects, and a certificate someone can check two years later.

The car bracket nobody else stocks
Most cars carry an extinguisher loose in the boot. In a fire you have about a minute, and a cylinder you cannot reach is the same as no cylinder at all. This bracket bolts to the front seat rail so it sits within arm’s reach — and it stops a 2 kg cylinder becoming a projectile under hard braking.
No drilling, no welding, no effect on resale. We have confirmed fitment on the models below and will check yours from a photo before you buy.

Our workshop is on Serai Road, inside the city rather than on its edge. We collect and return cylinders across the city, and attend faults anywhere the road reaches. Outside it, equipment ships by courier.

How much does fire extinguisher refilling cost?
DCP refilling is priced by the kilogram of agent and by what the cylinder needs — a straight refill is one job, a valve rebuild or a hydrostatic test is another. Send a photo of the cylinder label on WhatsApp and you will get an exact, itemised figure in writing, usually the same working day.
Do you refill on site?
No — refilling is done at our workshop. We collect the cylinders from your premises, refill and service them at our Serai Road workshop, and return them refilled with a dated tag. Collection and return dates are agreed and confirmed before we collect, and you get a receipt listing every cylinder taken.
Do you cover the city?
Yes — SITE, Korangi, Landhi, Port Qasim, FB Area, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, North Nazimabad, PECHS, Clifton, DHA, Saddar, Serai Road, Shahrah-e-Faisal and Malir, plus projects elsewhere in Sindh and hyderabad.
Can you fix a fire alarm panel that is showing a fault?
Yes, this is one of the things we are called for most. Zone and loop faults, earth faults, detector and battery faults are diagnosed and repaired, with common spares carried on the van so many faults clear on the first visit.
What does a yearly maintenance contract cover?
Scheduled preventive visits, extinguisher service and refilling as due, full fire alarm testing, documented visit reports, an annual compliance certificate and priority 4-hour response for critical faults. Pricing is fixed for 12 months.
Do you install new fire alarm systems?
Yes. We design, supply, install, program and commission conventional and addressable systems to NFPA 72 and BS 5839 principles, with as-built drawings, cause-and-effect testing and staff training at handover.
Do you supply foam concentrate and extinguishing agents in bulk?
Yes — DCP powder, AFFF and fluoroprotein concentrates, high-expansion foam and wet chemical agent, in packs from 1 kg to 200 L drums, delivered across the city.
