Saudi Wheeled AFFF Foam

Wheeled Stored Pressure Foam Fire Extinguishers are suitable for A & B fire classes and recommended for high-hazard locations such as petrochemical processing plants, industrial premises and storage facilities. The extinguisher body is constructed from 3mm thickness cold rolled steel (CRS), fabricated by automatic inert gas (MIG) welding process. Each extinguisher is subjected to hydrostatic pressure to assure the safety of the end-user. The internal surface of the body is thoroughly coated with a PPA coating powder to ensure both optimal electrical and corrosive resistivity and the external surface is shoot blasted and pretreated with five stages zinc phosphate to improve corrosion resistance and paint adhesion. To give a hard wearing corrosion resistance and gloss finish each extinguisher is electro-statically painted using polyester resin before being baked in the oven.
