Saudi Portable AFFF Foam

Foam Fire Extinguishers, Extinguishing Agent, Aqueous Film Foaming Foam (AFFF), afford excellent effectiveness on class B fires, by spreading a foam-sealing film over flammable liquids. Aqueous Film Forming Foam provides excellent penetration and wetting qualities when used on Class A fires involving carbonaceous materials such as, wood, paper and textile.

The extinguisher body is constructed from cold rolled steel (CRS), fabricated by automatic inert gas (MIG) welding process. Each extinguisher is subjected to hydrostatic pressure to assure the safety of the end-user. The internal surface of the body is thoroughly coated with a PPA coating powder to ensure both optimal electrical and corrosive resistivity and the external surface is shoot blasted and pretreated with five stages zinc phosphate to improve corrosion resistance and paint adhesion.

To give a hard wearing corrosion resistance and gloss finish each extinguisher is electro-statically painted using polyester resin before being baked in the oven. 6 & 9 L extinguishers are EN approved.
