The extinguisher body is constructed from COLD ROLLED STEEL (CRS), which is then fabricated by Automatic Metal inert Gas (MIG) welding press. Each Extinguisher body is then subjected to Hydrostatic Pressure in order to assure the safety of the end-user. Afterward, the internal surface of the body is thoroughly coated with a PPA Coating Powder, to ensure both optimal electrical and corrosive resistivity, then the external surface of the body is Shoot Blasted and pretreated with zinc phosphate to improve paint adhesion and corrosion resistance. To give a hard wearing, as well as glow finish, each extinguisher is electro-statically Painted, using a POLYESTER RESIN, before being backed in an over. Other Features
